Team Greencepts is equipped with LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environment Design) certified Green Associate professionals. This credential designates professionals who have a documented, up-to-date understanding of the most current green building principles and practices. LEED, a rating system, is devised by the United States Green Building Council(USGBC).

IGBC Accredited Professional(AP)

Our qualified APs can be involved in projects registered under the Indian Green Building Council's(IGBC) rating programmes like IGBC Green Homes, IGBC Factory Buildings, IGBC Existing Buildings etc. Projects achieve 1 credit point under "Innovation & Design" category if an IGBC AP is part of the project team.
