Green Certification

A green building is a structure that is environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout its life-cycle. These objectives expand and complement the classic building design concerns of economy, utility, durability and comfort. 

Green Certification validates & appreciates your efforts towards a better environment as well as helps the project stand out from the competitors. 

Government of India too has started recognizing & appreciating the environment protectors in its own way by giving certain preferences & waivers to Green Projects. To be green certified, projects should satisfy prerequisites and earn points to achieve different levels of certification.

IGBC has devised certification standards & rating systems in line with the Indian environment. The certification ratings range from Certified, Silver, Gold & Platinum, the latter being the highest honor.
